Is it just me or does anyone else prefer Autumn/Winter fashion to Spring/Summer?
I love cosy knitted jumpers, winter coats, long boots, ankle boots, bobble hats, scarves the list goes on......!!
So I wanted to share some of my favourite autumn picks from some of my favourite country brands.
I’m going to start with this gorgeous shirt and cable jumper from Rydale.
Rydale are a brand that I have been buying for years and years, you cannot miss their stand at shows, it’s usually one of the biggest and full of show special offers!
I've chosen this cable jumper is in a gorgeous clementine colour which is like a bright burnt orange and with the changing leaves on the trees at the moment, this jumper is just perfect for this time of year. It is also available in many different colours and retails at £29.99 or 2 for £40! What a bargain!
The Wistow shirt from Rydale is available in all sorts of prints and colours, but my favourites have to be the hare print and this one, the pheasant.
It couldn’t be more topical with the pheasant shooting season just starting, but pheasants are one of my favourite birds so I love it just for that!
The boxing hares is the one that I have and is also included in my look book. The print is just so cute and something a little different. There are many different prints to choose from, and something for every occasion.
These two prints have also just been released in a overhead version with buttons to half way.
The Wistow shirt retails at £29.99.
Ive also recently been wearing these fab denim skinnies from Rydale. Perfect for every day wear, yard duties but with the stretch knee panel and inner leg, they are perfect for in the saddle too.
I have to say the fit is super flattering- they are high waisted which not only keep all your lumps and bumps sucked in, but means that your layers don’t rise up and let in the cold!! They are really comfy to wear but also to ride in too. These have become a firm favourite for me.
Next onto this stunning longline tweed jacket from the brand new A/W range from Welligogs.
There is so much about this Balmoral jacket that I love! The tweed itself is such a stunning colour, i love the suede contrast and the military cut is just sublime!
This has literally just been launched and I’ve been lucky to see a sneak peak, and it’s even better in real life, in fact the whole A/W range from Welligogs is something else!
I can imagine this jacket with a crisp shirt, some dark skinny jeans and a pair of killer boots.
The Balmoral retails at £269.
With this annoying changing weather, you need a good coat to keep you warm and dry, introducing you to the Zoe also from Welligogs.
I have a wax jacket from Welligogs already and it’s seriously lovely. Welligogs has such an eye for a flattering cut, as well as attention to detail with contrasting trims and materials. I honestly can't rate them enough. I'm always complimented on it when I wear it.
The Zoe retails at £199.
Now onto accessories- I’m a sucker for anything mustard so I couldn’t resist picking this Anis Scarf from Joules.
Perfect for layering up, and the colours make it really versatile to wear with pretty much anything!
It comes in a couple of different colours but I just love the antique gold.
It retails at £34.99.
My final pick goes to this gorgeous faux fur tweed headband from Annabel Brocks.
If you don’t have one of these headbands already, you need to add it to your Christmas list ASAP!
I have never worn a headband that keeps you as warm as these ones do, but are also ultra glam!
This one pictured is a new colour for A/W but they are available in lots of different tweeds and faux suede and also reversible and allof which are just as lovely as each other.
They are so versatile, perfect for a day at the races, out shopping or down the stables- your ears will never have been so cosy. The perfect addition to everyone’s winter wardrobe!
They retail at £45.
Make sure Santa puts one in your stocking!
